We take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. In case you receive a defective item, we offer an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt to ensure its condition and notify us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items other than those that are defective. To be eligible for an exchange due to defects, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange for a defective item, please contact us at sales@lunazshop.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchanges: In the event of receiving a defective item or facing any issues with your purchase, you can exchange it for a replacement within 2 days. To proceed with an exchange, please contact us at sales@lunazshop.com within the designated period. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Damages and Issues: If you encounter a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon receipt, and we will promptly address the issue and ensure it is made right.

Refunds: Refunds in most cases are not available under our updated policy. Instead, if your return is accepted as a result of a defect, we will provide you with a voucher for the same value, which you can use for future purchases. This voucher will be valid for a specified period, and you can redeem it during checkout on your next order.

Please note that items purchased on sale or with a gift card are eligible for exchange if found to be defective.
